The pass is not added to Apple Wallet when I tap the "Add to Apple Wallet" button.
Sorry for that. It could either be your browser not fully supporting Apple Wallet Passes or our system is experiencing hiccups. Either way, your pass will be sent to your email again, which can sometimes take a few minutes. But it will not be lost in any case.
Why does the iPad show me the error message "Safari cannot load this file"?
The iPad cannot handle passes, instead it shows the error message “Safari cannot load this file”. On the Mac the file can be downloaded and then transferred to the iPhone e.g. via AirDrop. Your pass will be sent to your email anyway, which can sometimes take a few minutes. You don't have to worry, it will not be lost in any case.
How can I delete the pass again?

What about Android?
For the launch of our product, we will first concentrate on a smooth support of iOS devices. However, the QR codes can already be scanned from both iOS and Android. To install a Business pass yourself, you still need a third-party app on Android, e.g. WalletPasses, Pass2U Wallet or ONE Wallet. We can't recommend any of them, so test them at your own risk.
My contact information have changed, what do I do now?
For now, you would have to buy another one. But one of our coming feature updates will be editing your previous created passes by your order number. So keep the email with that number and come back to this website now and then to see if we already support it. You can also sign up for our newsletter a little bit above to say up to date.
I misspelled something, how do I correct it?
Always double check all your information! But if something still got messed up, just write us an email to support@passit.one, we can fix it manually.
I got a Coupon, where can I redeem it?
We know, Paddle is hiding this field a little. But if you have. close look at the first checkout screen, there is a Text link in the top right corner saying “Add coupon”. That's where you have to go.
How does the Business pass get on the Apple Watch?
All Wallet Passes (except credit cards) are automatically synced from iPhone to Apple Watch. You do not need to do anything, it just appears, but sometimes it takes a few minutes.
